sql2000个人版数据库与jbuilder连接

《Hibernate应用开发完全手册》中第18章，sql2000JDBC连接出错，
description The server encountered an internal error (Internal Server Error) that prevented it from fulfilling this request.exception javax.servlet.ServletException: [Microsoft][SQLServer 2000 Driver for JDBC]Error establishing socket.
at org.apache.jasper.runtime.PageContextImpl.handlePageException(PageContextImpl.java:471)
at org.apache.jsp.jsp1$jsp._jspService(jsp1$jsp.java:84)
我的操作系统windowsXP，sql2000个人版，我处理的办法是：
1：下载了sql2000sp3、sp4补丁，且安装
2：下载了sql2000JDBC驱动程序，且安装
3：sql2000JDBC驱动程序安装后有3个文件msbase、mssqlserver、msutil，全部copy到C:\JBuilder9\thirdparty\sql2000Connection目录中，并且在jbuilder中Tool->congfigure Lib中设置，在project->project properties也设置了，为什么数据库连接会出错？？？
